Job summary

Strategic Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repair tasks to keep the property safe and functional. You will support the maintenance team by responding to service requests, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring that all equipment, amenities, and facilities operate efficiently.

The role requires basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, with emphasis on making-ready units and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, property management, or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general maintenance tasks.
• HVAC and EPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and complete repairs promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Maintain amenities and ensure cleanliness and safety of common areas.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents and complete at least five make-ready units per week.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies in all tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and logs.
