Cirrus Apartments in Ashland, MA is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to maintain all aspects of the property and ensure a safe living environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

The role covers repairs to apartments and common areas, make-ready units, safety compliance, and routine grounds maintenance. Candidates should bring hands-on skills in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel for parts as needed.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance or equivalent fieldwork.
• HVAC certified and CPO certified preferred.
• CFC/EPA approved certification (or willing to obtain within 45 days).
• CAMT preferred; willing to obtain CAMT if requested by management.
• Applicant must furnish own tools and have transportation to pick up parts.

Responsabilidades

• Address resident service and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Communicate with residents on pending items or status of service requests.
• Maintain the property and correct unsafe conditions.
• Keep records of preventive maintenance, service requests, and expenditures.
• Ensure make-ready repairs and services are completed on schedule.
• Rake, sweep, shovel, and salt grounds as needed.
• Change locks and keys.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
