Job summary

Cirrus Asset Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a range of building upkeep tasks. The role involves completing work orders, turning over units promptly after move-outs, and ensuring systems comply with health and safety standards.

You will maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC components, and contribute to regular upkeep and documentation. The position requires 2 years of experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to operate common tools with care.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• High school diploma required.
• HVAC or CMRP certifications are a plus.
• General maintenance knowledge and ability to use common tools.
• Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within designated time frame.
• Turn over on apartments within 5 days of move-out.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems for health and safety standards.
• Maintain electrical systems (bulbs, sockets, panels).
• Maintain and repair plumbing and heating components.
• Prime and paint building interiors and exteriors.
• Maintain locks, doors, and related hardware.
• Document work performance and material procurement.
