Job summary

Cirrus Asset Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a range of building repairs and preventive maintenance in our apartment communities. The role requires completing work orders, repairing electrical, plumbing, heating, and painting tasks, and maintaining building safety standards.

On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, with on-call emergencies. We value punctuality, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

1 year of experience as Maintenance Technician required.
High school diploma required; certifications like HVAC or CMRP are a plus.
In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
Applicable knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Problem solving aptitude.

Responsibilities

Complete work orders within designated time frame.
Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to meet health and safety standards.
Maintain electrical systems (replace bulbs, sockets, panels).
Maintain and repair plumbing and heating components.
Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior surfaces.
Maintain and repair locks, doors, and controllers.
Document work performance and materials procurement as directed.
