Westminster Management in Southaven, MS is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to keep our properties safe, functional, and welcoming. You’ll handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances, and perform make-readies for incoming residents.

This hands-on role requires 1–3 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with work orders and mobile apps. You’ll participate in on-call rotations and preventative maintenance to protect property value.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property maintenance or handyman work.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with work order systems or mobile apps.
• Friendly, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of repairs from plumbing and electrical to HVAC and appliances.
• Complete make-readies for incoming residents.
• Paint, carpentry, and general upkeep to keep the property attractive.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies; participate in on-call rotations.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment in top condition.
• Collaborate with property management to plan repairs and larger projects.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members.
