Westminster in Pearl, MS, is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to keep our residences safe, functional and attractive. You’ll handle repairs, preventive maintenance, and on-call emergencies.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of maintenance experience, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repair skills, plus a valid driver's license and HVAC certification. Training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property maintenance or handyman experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs skills.
• HVAC certification and a valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable using work order systems or mobile apps to track tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the Fix-It Pro! Handle a wide range of repairs, from plumbing and electrical work to HVAC and appliance maintenance.
• Keep it Pretty! Complete painting, carpentry and general upkeep tasks.
• Tackle Emergencies! Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies; rotate on-call.
• Stay Ahead! Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top shape.
• Collaborate! Work with property management to prioritize repairs and plan large projects.
• Wow Residents! Deliver excellent customer service to residents.
