Westminster Management is seeking a hands-on Property Maintenance Technician in Southaven, MS. You’ll perform repairs, respond to urgent requests, and prepare units for new residents, keeping common areas safe and appealing for our community.

Responsibilities

• Be the Fix-It Pro: perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance systems.
• Complete make-readies for incoming residents.
• Paint, carpentry and general upkeep to keep the property attractive.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies with promptness.
