Job summary

Eden Housing is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to perform skilled trades across multiple communities in Dublin, CA. The role includes plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and major appliance repairs, while ensuring safety and resident satisfaction.

You will use Yardi for work orders, participate in inspections, and support custodial and grounds tasks. On-call coverage and multi-site coordination are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ maintenance or construction experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs across community properties.
• Use Yardi to create and complete work orders and track status.
• Inspect properties, document deficiencies with photos, and submit requests.
• Assist with cleaning, grounds, and on-site safety procedures.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage and property safety meetings.
