Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's experience in a maintenance or construction environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Desirable second language skills may vary site by site.
• Ability to demonstrate skilled in the safe use of tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and repairs.
• Create/complete work orders in Yardi and communicate delays to residents.
• Inspect properties and report deficiencies to Community Manager.
• Assist in custodial and grounds work and maintain safety protocols.
