Job summary

Qualifications

• Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, sheet rock repair, major appliance repair, refurbishing.

Responsibilities

• Create and complete work orders in Yardi; communicate delays; train others on work orders.
• Walk property daily to identify deficiencies; submit work orders; document inspections with photos; notify manager of hability issues.
• Assist custodial and grounds work; keep trash areas clean; follow safety protocols when moving dumpsters; report issues.
