Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years’ maintenance or construction experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated preventative maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Use Yardi software to create and complete work orders.
• Walk property daily to identify deficiencies and submit work orders.
• Complete quarterly property inspections and annual unit inspections with photos.
• Assist in custodial work and grounds maintenance of common areas.
• Attend company meetings and trainings via Zoom/Teams and adhere to camera-on policy.
