Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a maintenance or construction environment.

• Familiarity with Yardi software for work orders.
• Proficient in Zoom and Teams for meetings.
• Able to train others on work orders using cell phone or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Create and complete work orders, sync daily using Yardi.
• Communicate with residents about delays and parts orders.
• Train other technicians on completing work orders via mobile devices.
• Perform daily property inspections and document deficiencies.
• Assist in custodial tasks and grounds maintenance.
• Participate in safety meetings and company trainings.
• Maintain records and assist with emergency response planning.
