Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting.
• Create and complete work orders in Yardi and sync daily.
• Inspect properties and facilities; document deficiencies and schedule repairs.
• Assist in custodial tasks and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage and safety meetings.
