Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience with HVAC and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance on the property.
• Diagnoses defects and repairs in accordance with safety standards and code requirements.
• Prepares vacant apartment homes by completing pre-move-out inspections and creating a punch list.
• Manages materials by tracking inventory, returning unused items, and notifying the maintenance supervisor for reorders.
• Maintains grounds and common areas by cleaning, painting curbs and signage, and assisting with overall property upkeep.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing parts rather than replacing when feasible.
