Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair the physical aspects of the property, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role includes on-site work, on-call requirements, and a 9am-6pm schedule Monday-Friday with potential changes based on business needs.

Requirements include 1-2 years of property maintenance experience, plumbing/HVAC/appliance repair experience preferred, basic computer skills, and EPA refrigerant certifications.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Plumbing, HVAC and appliance repair experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and turnover experience preferred.
• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and performs preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Executes make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Manages materials, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
• Completes documentation to document and track service requests.
