Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance and address resident repair requests across 344 units at our Ventura, CA property. This role requires on-call availability, weekend work, and a focus on safety and quality.

You will diagnose defects, complete work orders, manage inventories, and help maintain common areas. EPA refrigerant certifications, valid CA driver's license, and 3–5 years of related experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing and coordinates punch list tasks.
• Manages inventory and proper use of tools and materials.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; supports safety practices.
• Completes documentation for service requests and inspections.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing when feasible.
