Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior upkeep at our community in Vero Beach, FL. You will handle painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and more under the Maintenance Supervisor's guidance, ensuring resident comfort and safety.

We value strong customer service, reliability, and safety awareness. You’ll work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed, with on-site responsibilities and a commitment to OSHA safety standards,

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry and mechanical systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment maintenance as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authority before entering apartments.
• Ensure maintained items are kept in a safe area to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, and other services.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
