Job summary

Greystar in Kyle, TX is seeking a Service Technician to maintain building systems, grounds, and amenities in line with company standards. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and support safety programs.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification required (Type 1 & II or Universal).
• All state/local certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Finish the make-ready process for vacant apartments, including pre-move-out inspection and punch list.
• Track inventory and manage materials from the maintenance department.
• Document service requests accurately and timely.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; assist with cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing parts when possible rather than replacing.
