Job summary

Blue Water Development Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain property and equipment across cottages and buildings. You will respond to requests, perform inspections, and keep logs, ensuring guest-ready spaces.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in maintenance, basic electrical/plumbing/HVAC skills, and physical fitness for active outdoor work. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical work.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain property equipment, fixtures, or mechanics.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete tasks promptly.
• Inspect cottages, buildings, and common areas.
• Maintain maintenance logs and paperwork.
• Assist in preparing vacant rooms for new guests.
• Ensure the property is guest-ready.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
• Keep maintenance room and tools organized.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
