Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain property equipment, fixtures, or mechanics.
• Respond to maintenance requests from management, staff, and residents.
• Inspect cottages, buildings, and common areas for issues.
• Maintain tools and equipment; keep the maintenance room tidy.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, and basic HVAC repairs.
• Document maintenance logs and work orders.
• Prepare vacant rooms or cottages for new guests, including carpentry and painting.
• Ensure the property is clean, orderly, and guest-ready.
• Attend to additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
