Job summary

Blue Horizon Management Group is seeking a dependable Property Maintenance Technician to perform routine repairs and general maintenance at rental properties, including preparing vacant units for new residents. You will handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks, install or replace fixtures, respond to maintenance requests, and keep tools and work areas safe and organized.

Responsibilities

Complete routine maintenance and repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, doors, locks, and fixtures.
Prepare vacant units for new residents, including painting, cleaning, and installing or replacing fixtures, blinds, and cabinets.
Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
Perform general property upkeep and preventative maintenance.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
Report major repairs or issues requiring specialized or licensed contractors.
