Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications required (Type 1/II or Universal).
• State and Local jurisdiction certifications required.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Prepares vacant homes for leasing, including pre-move-out and punch lists, scheduling vendors.
• Procures and tracks materials, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor on re-orders.
• Completes documentation for service requests for proper tracking.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing instead of replacing when feasible.
