This full-time role includes performing repairs and ensures exceptional service to residents. Candidates should have at least 3 years of residential maintenance experience, HVAC expertise is a plus. Formación

• 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass a security background and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Fulfill resident work orders and property turns.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, and appliance repairs.
• Assist with training and supervision of other maintenance techs.
• Manage sub-contractors as necessary.
