National Community Renaissance is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will assist in keeping properties clean, safe, and well-maintained, with responsibilities spanning vacant unit prep, common area cleaning, and basic exterior maintenance.

Role requires a proactive, courteous approach toward residents, ability to follow instructions, and willingness to participate in after-hours calls and team events. Professional appearance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; prior property management helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform simple, repetitive tasks.
• Professional image and adherence to uniform standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance of vacant apartments and common areas to support occupancy.
• Clean laundry, pool areas, restrooms, leasing office, and model apartments daily.
• Paint vacant patios and touch up vacant apartments; assist with exterior painting as needed.
• Support upkeep of facilities (pools, fixtures, drains) as directed by Maintenance Supervisor.
• Provide courteous, proactive resident relations and relay information to management.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as requested; assist team as needed.
