Job summary

RPM Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform custodial duties, grounds care, make-ready unit preparation, and basic pool maintenance on-site at a Tucson-area property. The role requires 1+ year in maintenance, and applicants should be comfortable with a range of tools and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include completing work orders within 24–48 hours, following OSHA and environmental regulations, and responding to after-hours maintenance calls while ensuring the property's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance or related experience.
• General knowledge in skilled trades including construction/installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular custodial duties and maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal).
• Complete grounds work as directed (trash pickup, power washing, blowing, debris removal).
• Thoroughly clean breezeways (dust, mop, power wash, wipe doors/handrails).
• Assist in basic landscaping (trimming, watering, irrigation monitoring).
• Prepare make-ready units (trash removal from vacant apartments).
• Operate equipment (power washer, blowers, floor scrubbers, carpet cleaner).
• Assist in pool maintenance and basic pool care.
