Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Spring, TX. You will handle a broad range of maintenance tasks, prioritizing safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, carpentry repairs, and preventative maintenance, plus handling emergencies and on-call duties. A valid license, good driving record, and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field is preferred.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Address maintenance duties for apartments and property as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Maintain and update the work order system to ensure timely and satisfactory completion.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness; identify needed repairs.
• Assist with property emergencies and after-hours maintenance as needed.
• Promote safety and risk management according to policies and regulations.
