Qualifications

• 3-5 years of property maintenance experience required.
• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property depending on the property size, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on property by diagnosing defects and performing repairs per policies and safety standards.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including inspections, punch lists, and scheduling contractors.
• Follows procedures to access materials and track inventory, returning items and informing leadership of reorders.
• Completes documentation to ensure service requests are tracked and reported accurately.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, performs cleaning, painting, and basic repairs as needed.
• Supports cost-control by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible and using tools efficiently.
