Job summary

Greystar in Irvine, CA is seeking a Service Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities to meet company standards. You will complete work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and assist in make-ready processes for new move-ins.

The role requires 1–2 years of property maintenance, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected, with housing discounts available at Greystar-managed communities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property maintenance experience.
• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification (for Certified Service Technicians).
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Carry out make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate vendor work.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and notify supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly.
