Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Basic electrical, plumbing and appliance repair experience.
• Preference for computer knowledge to access maintenance software (Happy Co, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacants for leasing and move-ins (make-ready) and completes pre-move-out inspections.
• Tracks materials and tools, notifies supervisor about re-orders.
• Maintains documentation for service requests and work performed.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, and supports cost-control by using parts efficiently.
