Job summary

Arqline is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to service our apartment communities in Summerville, SC. You will diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and pool systems, ensure 24-hour emergency readiness, and keep common areas and exteriors well maintained.

You will prepare units for new residents, perform routine grounds upkeep, document maintenance tasks, and collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to uphold safety standards and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in apartment maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and solve maintenance issues in apartment homes, exterior and common areas.
• Respond to 24-hour maintenance emergency calls.
• Prepare apartments for new residents promptly following Arqline standards.
• Perform daily maintenance of property grounds for excellent curb appeal.
• Routinely inspect building mechanical systems/equipment.
• Maintain a safe work environment following safety standards.
