Job summary

Arqline is seeking a maintenance technician to uphold the property and provide exceptional resident service. You will diagnose and fix issues across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, and pools, ensuring timely completion of service requests and readiness of apartments for new residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC Certification required.
• Two years related experience in apartment maintenance or related field preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property to ensure good working order and pleasant curb appeal.
• Diagnose and solve maintenance issues across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances and pools.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours and respond to 24-hour maintenance emergencies.
• Prepare apartments for new residents promptly following company standards.
• Inspect and maintain building mechanical systems and safety procedures.
