Job summary

Arqline is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site teams across multiple properties in Summerville, SC. The role requires hands-on repairs, preventive maintenance, and strong safety compliance, including EPA/OSHA regulations.

You will manage vendors, budgets, and inventory while ensuring timely service requests and high resident satisfaction. Ideal candidates hold a High School diploma or GED with three years in apartment maintenance, EPA Universal and HVAC

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and three years of related apartment maintenance experience, or equivalent combination.
• Up-to-date EPA Universal and HVAC certification from an approved authority.
• Pool certification not required but considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance staff across multiple properties and oversees day-to-day activities.
• Performs preventive maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, roofing, and water systems.
• Responds to 24-hour emergency maintenance requests as needed.
• Obtains bids, manages vendors, and ensures competitive pricing.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates with Property Manager for supplies.
• Prioritizes safety and regulatory compliance (EPA/OSHA).
• Documents work orders, schedules, and reports on performance.
