Ari Apartment Management is seeking a Beginner Maintenance Technician in Summerville, SC to perform a range of maintenance tasks across our communities and prepare vacants for market-ready status. You will handle resident requests, respond with professionalism, and participate in after-hours on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school and/or military training a plus.
• 0–2 years general maintenance experience (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting).
• CPO certification preferred or willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record and auto insurance.
• On-call rotation, responding to after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance tasks to maintain and enhance property value.
• Handle service requests for residents and prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status.
• Represent the company professionally and deliver excellent customer service to residents.
• Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely manner, including after-hours emergencies.
