Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities in Wisconsin. You will diagnose and repair building systems, complete make-readies, maintain grounds and common areas, and document work orders to uphold safety and quality standards.

This full-time, on-site role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for after-hours calls. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1/II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart or vehicle.
• State and local certifications as required for service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units, schedule vendors, and inspect work.
• Access and obtain materials from maintenance, track inventory, and reorder as needed.
• Document and file paperwork so service requests are tracked accurately.
• Maintain grounds and amenities, perform general cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-saving by using parts and materials efficiently and safely.
