Job summary

TISHCO Properties LLC seeks a Property Maintenance Technician in Lake Park, GA. The role involves performing repairs and preventative maintenance to occupied and vacant apartments to keep the community market-ready.

You will work with the service staff to meet high-quality maintenance standards and respond to service requests in a timely manner. A HS diploma and at least 1 year of maintenance experience are expected; valid driver’s license required. Benefits included.

• One or more years of experience in general building maintenance and small appliance repair.
• Must provide own tools.
• A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance is required.
• HVAC Certification preferred.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Property Maintenance Technician – Full time, Monday – Friday - The Maintenance Technician performs various duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the apartment complex and community. Handles service requests for repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant apartments to a market-ready status. Works as a team member along with the service staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set forth by TISHCO Properties LLC.
