TISHCO Properties LLC is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician in Lake Park, GA. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday and focuses on repairs, maintenance, and service requests to keep apartments market-ready. You will join a team dedicated to high maintenance standards and community quality.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year maintenance experience, own tools, and a valid driver’s license. HVAC certification is a plus.

Property Maintenance Technician – Full time, Monday – Friday - The Maintenance Technician performs various duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the apartment complex and community. Handles service requests for repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant apartments to a market-ready status. Works as a team member along with the service staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set forth by TISHCO Properties LLC.
