TISHCO Properties LLC is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician in Lake Park, GA. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday and focuses on repairs, maintenance, and service requests to keep apartments market-ready. You will join a team dedicated to high maintenance standards and community quality.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year maintenance experience, own tools, and a valid driver’s license. HVAC certification is a plus.

• One or more years of experience in general building maintenance and small appliance repair
• Must provide own tools
• A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance is required

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests for repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant apartments to a market-ready status.
• Work as a team member with the service staff to ensure the community meets quality maintenance standards.
