Job summary

TISHCO Properties LLC seeks a Property Maintenance Technician in Lake Park, GA. The role involves performing repairs and preventative maintenance to occupied and vacant apartments to keep the community market-ready.

You will work with the service staff to meet high-quality maintenance standards and respond to service requests in a timely manner. A HS diploma and at least 1 year of maintenance experience are expected; valid driver’s license required. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of experience in general building maintenance and small appliance repair.
• Must provide own tools.
• A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance is required.
• HVAC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant apartments to market-ready status.
• Handle service requests and maintain community maintenance standards.
• Work as a team member with service staff to meet quality maintenance standards.
