Job summary

TISHCO Properties LLC in Carrollton, GA, is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for a full-time, Mon–Fri role. You will perform repairs to keep occupied and vacant apartments market-ready and support the service staff to maintain quality maintenance standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year in building maintenance and small appliance repair, own tools, and a valid driver’s license with insurance.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Property Maintenance Technician – Full time, Monday – Friday - The Maintenance Technician performs various duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the apartment complex and community. Handles service requests for repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant apartments to a market-ready status. Works as a team member along with the service staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set forth by TISHCO Properties LLC.
