Job summary

TISHCO Properties LLC is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for a full-time role in Vienna, GA. The technician will perform maintenance, repairs, and improvements to occupied and vacant apartments to achieve market-ready status, contributing to the community's value and quality standards.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 1+ year in building maintenance, own tools, and a valid driver's license with insurance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of experience in general building maintenance and small appliance repair.
• Must provide own tools.
• A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance is required.
• HVAC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the value of the apartment complex and community.
• Handle service requests for repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant apartments to market-ready status.
• Work as a team member with the service staff to meet quality maintenance standards.

Property Maintenance Technician – Full time, Monday – Friday - The Maintenance Technician performs various duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the apartment complex and community. Handles service requests for repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant apartments to a market-ready status. Works as a team member along with the service staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set forth by TISHCO Properties LLC.
