Property Maintenance Technician
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare vacant apartments for new by managing the turnover process
- Keep grounds and common areas clean and free of debris
- Deliver exceptional customer service to
- Performplumbing, install/repair toilets and sinks,disposals, new faucets, install/repair drain lines.
- Repair/replace electrical wiring, switches, Lighting and receptacles.
- Servicing and installing appliances (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers)
- Carpentry,install framing, drywall, cabinets, doors,trim and flooring
- Drwall finishing and painting
- minorroofing repairs
- Tile work for flooring and backsplash
- Removing bulk trash and demo
- Removing bulk trash, including discarded appliances
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of maintenance repair and service across multiple areas with previous experience
- A positive attitude
- HVAC knowledge is helpful
- Not scared of heights and able to work independently
- Capable of lifting up to 60-80pounds and safely using ladders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work weekends if needed for emergencies
- ideallywould live within 30 minutes of Doylestown
- Must have a work Truck or SUV
- Background check is a must
