We are looking for a reliable person that is interested in a service technician position at Taylor Enterprises of WI, Inc.We are a small, hardworking business located in Ixonia, Wisconsin (nestled between Watertown and Oconomowoc) that is privately held, and family owned.We employ roughly 25 people and have been around for 60 years with sound management and have a commitment to excellence. We have well-trained workforce with the tools, the resources, and the motivation to be the best in the business.

Determined to revolutionize the food industry, we are a food service equipment supplier with superior products and services.We sell and service food service equipment like ice cream machines, grills, and deep fryers (just to name a few) to local and national restaurants. We are proud to say that our equipment is in various establishments around the Oconomowoc area, throughout Wisconsin and even the United States. We handle Taylor, Henny Penny, Flavor Burst, and Perfect Fry Products.

Job description

Service technicians are responsible for starting up and repairing the equipment that Taylor Enterprises sells.Experience is a plus, but all new hires will be trained by Taylor Enterprise technicians with support from factory staff.This position requires a good driving record; you must be mechanically inclined and interact positively with customers.New technicians will learn how to diagnose and repair equipment and will be issued a tablet, smart phone, and company vehicle when proficiency allows.

There is also the opportunity to advance your career with our job placement program!This program minimizes your expense to go to college and further your career by obtaining your HVAC degree, along with providing a supplemental income through a part-time job during your schooling.The on-the-job training along with HVAC classes should provide the quickest way for you to obtain knowledge in the HVAC field and begin your career on a fast track.

Essential Skills Needed

·Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and valid insurance.

·Reliable, self-motivated person willing to learn new skills.

·Must be mechanically inclined.

·Excellent communication skills.

·The ability to kneel, work with both hands over your head and lift 50 pounds waist high.

• The ability to visually distinguish between colors, necessary for wiring products.

·Must have the ability to work individually and as part of a team.

·A vehicle and the ability to drive multiple hours per day.(Company vehicle issued when proficient)

8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday

On call evening & weekend rotation
