Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a dependable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to assist with property maintenance and repairs at our Park Falls and Ashland locations. This role averages 20 hours per week and involves routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-call emergency responses.

Travel between Park Falls and Ashland is required as needed. Ideal candidate has 1–2 years of maintenance experience, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multi-family property maintenance experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor interior and exterior for maintenance issues and inspect properties.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across units and common areas.
• Electrical: replace outlets, switches, fixtures, and breakers.
• Plumbing: faucets, toilets, drains, re-piping.
• General upkeep like groundskeeping, landscaping, and snow removal as needed.
• Assist with cleaning, painting, and unit turnovers as required.
