ACC Management Group is seeking a dependable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to keep six residential properties in Hixton, Melrose, Merrillan, Taylor, Alma Center, and Black River Falls well maintained. This 16-hour weekly role follows a rotating on-call schedule and requires travel between properties.

You will perform landscaping, light maintenance, cleaning, and respond to work orders in occupied units. Seasonal snow shoveling and salting are included.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multi-family property maintenance experience is preferred.
• Must be able to physically inspect the properties.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting.

Mansioni

• Monitor interior and exterior for maintenance issues and inspect apartments, buildings, and common areas.
• Perform general cleaning, light maintenance, and upkeep of tools and workspace.
• Electrical: replace outlets, switches, fixtures, and breakers as needed.
• Plumbing: fix faucets, re-piping, toilets, sinks, and unclog drains.
• Groundskeeping: lawn care, trash pickup, winter snow/ice removal.
• Repair and replace windows, doors, and locks; perform minor carpentry and drywall repairs.
• Respond to maintenance work orders in occupied units and assist with unit turnovers.
• Follow ACC policies and safety guidelines; communicate status to the manager.
