ACC Management Group is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team, ensuring safe, comfortable, and well-kept properties for residents. The role includes a rotating on-call schedule and travel to Sister Bay during on-call weeks to respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multi-family property maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and groundskeeping.

Responsibilities

• Monitor interiors and exteriors for maintenance issues and inspect apartments, buildings, and common areas.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and keep work areas clean.
• Perform electrical tasks such as replacing outlets, switches, fixtures, and breakers.
• Perform plumbing tasks including faucets, re-piping, toilets, sinks, and unclogging drains.
• Handle heating and cooling repairs and filter maintenance.
• Conduct groundskeeping tasks and lawn care as needed.
• Carry out carpentry and drywall repairs when required.
• Assist with cleaning and janitorial requests and paint units as needed.
• Repair and replace windows, screens and locks; troubleshoot appliances.
• Maintain logs of trash pickups and snow removal for accurate billing.
• Report hazards to management and ensure safe work environment.
