Arden Property Group Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician in Wisconsin to manage preventative and reactive maintenance, oversee vendors, and support turnover readiness. You will handle inventory, on-call coverage, and safety checks in a multi‑family community.

The role requires a High School diploma, 5+ years of residential maintenance experience, and applicable certifications (EPA, CPO, HVAC). Strong customer service and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 5+ years of residential maintenance experience required.
• Have or willing to obtain role-specific certifications (EPA, CPO, HVAC).
• Demonstrated leadership abilities required.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule, coordinate, and complete all maintenance needs for the community. Oversee the work of outside vendors.
• Provide stellar customer service by ensuring a 24–48 hour turnaround on maintenance requests.
• Ensure <5-day turnover on vacant apartments/townhomes.
• Perform light plumbing work and oversee outside vendors.
• Maintain basic HVAC systems and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Assist with housekeeping duties when necessary.
• Maintain curb appeal and clean grounds daily.
• Keep accurate records of inspections and service status.
• Conduct regular property inspections to determine maintenance needs.
