Princeton Management is seeking a maintenance technician for on-site duties in Mount Pleasant, MI. You will perform building repairs, preventative maintenance, and prepare apartments for leasing while delivering reliable resident service.

The role requires hands-on skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general grounds upkeep. A positive attitude, teamwork, and a valid driver’s license are essential for success in this busy property operations team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Timely complete service requests in occupied apartments.
• Maintain common hallways and community room areas.
• Turn vacant apartments to make them ready for leasing.
• Remove trash and debris from vacant units; assist with evictions.
• Repair or replace window glass and screens; paint as needed.
• Carpentry including drywall, doors, trim, cabinets, countertops, tile work.
