Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to maintenance procedures and team handbook.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and safe.
• Complete service requests and repairs safely and timely.
• Inspect property and report safety hazards to Lead Maintenance.
• Clean parking areas, walkways and entrances.
• Operate floor scrubbers and cleaning equipment.
• Assist with move-outs and debris removal as needed.
• Assist with pool/pond maintenance and seasonal tasks.
