You will work with on-site teams to maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and common areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in property management or similar industry.
• EPA Certification is required; Certified Pool Operator (CPO) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MORGAN’s Maintenance, Emergency Procedures, Leasing and Marketing, Management and Operations manuals and the Team Member Handbook.
• Monitor building systems: fire, electrical, security, elevators; report unsafe areas to Lead Maintenance.
• Inspect the community regularly and report hazards to Lead Maintenance.
• Operate in compliance with OSHA and MORGAN Operations manual; maintain safety standards.
• Maintain safe, orderly areas; manage chemicals and SDS documentation.
• Support preventive maintenance for interiors/exteriors including pool, HVAC, lighting.
