Job summary

Westminster Management is seeking a proactive Property Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in Plainsboro Township, NJ. You will perform a range of repairs, preventative maintenance, and make-readies for new residents while delivering excellent customer service to residents and colleagues.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of property maintenance experience, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property maintenance, handyman work, or related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the Fix-It Pro: handle repairs from plumbing to electrical and appliance maintenance; complete make-readies for incoming residents.
• Keep it Pretty: painting, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks.
• Tackle emergencies: respond to maintenance requests and emergencies; rotating on-call schedule.
• Stay ahead: perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Collaborate: work with management to plan larger projects.
• Wow residents: provide exceptional customer service to residents and team members.
